1. Agreement:
By hiring me, the photographer, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of my services and your relationship with me.

2. Booking:
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee is required and the remaining fee shall be paid on or before the date of the session. Payment can be done via cash, bank deposit or through an online payment gateway. I reserve the right to cancel the booking if the deposit payment has not been received or there is a breach of any of the terms of this Agreement.

3. Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel the session less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the deposit shall be forfeit. If you need to reschedule the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather), I shall make every effort to accommodate your request, while reserving the right to decline or negotiate with regard to the rescheduling.

4. Photography Services Covers:
Conditions permitting, I shall provide the following photography services during the session:
- Aesthetic and creative guidance for the photo shoot
- Post-production of the photos like color correction, cropping, retouching, and creative finishes.
- Provision of the photos to the client via digital delivery or the medium agreed by the parties.

5. Image ownership:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the images are and shall remain owned by me, the photographer. The client is granted a tangible personal property right to the images for personal use only and cannot use these images for any commercial purposes unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Liability:
I shall take reasonable care while performing the photography services, but I shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever incurred by the client or any third party arising out of or in connection with the provision of my services. Client shall indemnify and hold the photographer harmless for any and all damages, liabilities, claims and expenses arising from use of the images provided by the photographer.

7. Modifications:
These terms and conditions may be modified or amended by me at any time without notice. The updated terms and conditions will be available on my website or directly sent to the clients.

By booking my service, you agree to these terms and conditions, and acknowledge receipt of them.
